Our men’s team produced a superb performance on Tuesday evening, securing a commanding 86–48 victory away to Premier 2 side North Petherton in the quarter‑final of the Wedmore Plate.

This result marks a historic milestone for the club: for the first time ever, Wellington have qualified for Finals Day, to be held at Ashcombe Park BC (Weston‑super‑Mare) on Saturday 5th September.

📅 Finals Day Schedule

  • Semi‑Final: Wellington vs Castle Cary10.00am

  • Final: Winner vs Bloomfield or Clevedon2.30pm

There is free parking in the Leisure Centre car park which is immediately adjacent to the Bowling Club. Wheelchair access is via the ramp at the corner of the green where Corams Lane joins Springfield Road.
