Congratulations to Mike & Gill Groves, Mike Copping and Jay Merrell for becoming, we believe, the first Wellington team to win division one* of one of the North Petherton Indoor BC winter leagues. Needing to better the Snowballs score by 6 shots on the final day of the season Wellington defeated Best Bach 12 - 9, meanwhile on rink 2 Snowballs lost 14-8 to Thatchers, leaving Wellington champions of the Tuesday Triples League.

*Thanks to Tony for pointing out that the Upstarts won division two of the North Petherton Friday fours league last season.
