Over the course of the season our Tigers played 18 league matches involving the delivery of 11664 bowls from them and their opponents. After 11663 bowls the Tigers were looking at promotion as division 4 champions, however, the final bowl of the season delivered by the Belmont A skip nudged one of the Tigers' counting woods out and the rink was tied. The 7 points gained meant the Tigers finished equal on points with Ottery Buzzards and Crediton B, but with an inferior shot difference meaning they stay in division 4 with the Buzzards and Crediton promoted.
