This year's AGM will be on Friday, 5th December at 8:00pm. Please be seated by 7:45pm; the bar will close before the meeting begins.

The agenda and other relevant documents, including annual accounts, proposals to be voted on at the meeting, plus the 2024 AGM reports are available by clicking here. Executive member reports will be added to this folder as they arrive.

After the meeting, there will be an open discussion hosted by the new club chair. Members may ask questions to the Executive Committee or share comments. Questions can be sent beforehand to [email protected] or asked during the discussion.
